Training for Buddhasavika (three times a year, 3-day each time)

      This is a 3-day training for women to equip them with basic Buddhist knowledge and practices. Each day will be filled with various activities, e.g. chanting, meditation, walking meditation, Ch’i Kong, yoga, etc. These activities are designed to promote physical and mental balance.
