This is a 7-day intensive course on Buddhism in English. We have been offering this for the third year. It is very helpful for foreigners who are interested to learn more about Buddhist teaching, Buddhist history and Living issues in Buddhism in the context of modern world. It is equally helpful for practicing Buddhists who learn first hand the issue of ordained women, an issue still unsettled. Many Buddhist terminologies which are not easily accessible in the common English usage. The knowledge from this course will allow Buddhists to be more familiar with English usage to enable them to explain Buddhism to their foreign visitors in a more efficient manner.
